Exchange request can be placed within 48hours from the date of delivery. Request beyond 48hours of delivery will not be entertained.
Outfit should have all tags intact, outfit should be packed nicely and handed over to the courier partner in the original packing.
We will do quality checks before executing exchange, if product is worn and damaged we will have right to reject the exchange request.
Orders with seal broken or package damaged if accepted by customers, exchange will not be applicable.
