Exchange and Return
We and our team work around the clock to bring a perfect outfit to your wardrobe. We have only Exchange policy and NO RETURN POLICY.
- Exchange request can be placed through website only.
- Exchange request can be placed within 48hours from the date of delivery. Request beyond 48hours of delivery will not be entertained.
- Outfit should have all tags intact, outfit should be packed nicely and handed over to the courier partner in the original packing.
- We will do quality checks before executing exchange, if product is worn and damaged we will have right to reject the exchange request.
- Orders with seal broken or package damaged if accepted by customers, exchange will not be applicable.
- NO EXHANGE WILL BE APPLICABLE TO CUSTOMISED ORDERS (SIZE CUSTOMISATION OR ANY OTHER CUSTOMISATION OF OUTFIT.
